DCHP is staffed by fully trained Architectural Designers and Drafters who are standing by to draw your home the way you want it drawn. The process is simple! Send us your sketch or layout of the house you're wanting drawn, we do the rest. These sketches can be drawn out on notebook or grid paper with general dimensions of the rooms. If you have a desired look you're wanting for the house, just send us photo's of something similar. The rest of the details we can discussed over the phone or via email.

Floor Plan or Plans with Door & Window Sizes, Dimensions and Electrical.
Exterior Views (Elevations) identifying all Siding and/or Masonry, Roof Pitches, Grade Locations if known, and Notes.
Foundation or Basement Plan with Dimensions, Notes, Joist or Truss Locations including Sizes.

Price is determined by the overall square footage of the home. There is no charge for an "unfinished" basement or garage.

Sectional Details

Add $45.00
Shows a cut-away view of the home to explain methods of construction. Usually needed for plans that are submitted to building inspectors, government building assistance agencies, and subdivision review boards who have special standards.

H.V.A.C. Plan

Add $25.00
Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Plans which show the ducting and unit locations on a separate plan. Usually needed for plans that are submitted to government building assistance agencies and subdivision review boards who have special standards.

Plumbing Plan

Add $55.00
A Plumbing Plan shows the locations, sizes, types of pipes, water heater, etc., for estimates of plumbers materials. Usually needed for plans that are submitted to government building assistance agencies and subdivision review boards who have special standards.

Site Plan

Add $80.00
A Site Plan is a drawing showing the location of the home, driveway, sidewalks, property lines, set backs, and easements of the property the home will be built on. You must provide us with a recent survey of the property or a subdivision map. This type of plan is sometimes needed by building inspectors, planning commissions, government building assistance agencies and subdivision review boards who have special standards.

Plan Reviews after the Second Review

Add $20.00
Your package allows two (2) reviews. This is the opportunity you have to make sure the plans are progressing as you want them. In a review process you can request to have walls moved, cabinets changed, siding or wall finish changes, etc. After the second review however there will be a charge of $20.00 for each additional review.

Terms of Service:

Once the Plan is ordered by you, we require a $100.00 deposit which you can pay through PayPal or mail a check. A receipt will be posted on a web page along with a progress report that we update as the plans progress. Once the deposit and your sketches are received, we will begin the layout process. When the layout is complete which includes the Floor Plan or Plans and Elevations, we will email that information to you for review.

After review and changes we will then complete your plan and deliver it to you in PDF format that can be printed out at most office supply stores in 24" x 36" paper format. The final amount will be due on completion of the plans before they are emailed to you.
